With her distinctive two-sided visage, the purrfect furball hails from Thailand and is winning everyone’s hearts.
Her name is “Cat,” and it’s a simple one at that. The owner, on the other hand, has a point: “Cats call themselves cats,” according to their Instagram bio.
Furthermore, Cat’s favorite snack is toilet paper, which should come as no surprise to many kitty owners. And her best buddy is supposed to be a cockroach, which seems like an odd choice for a friend, but who am I to judge?!
Genetic chimerism, a rare natural phenomenon in which a person is formed up of cells from at least two separate initial eggs, is assumed to be the cause of the cats with double-colored characteristics.
Because of her distinctive two-colored visage, this Thai furball is a genuine show-stealer.
Bored Panda reached out to Cat’s owner Eve, who lives in the northeast of Thailand, to learn more about this adorable kitten. Eve informed us that the kitten was born on August 23rd, 2018, and that she is now one year and nine months old.
“She’s part Persian and half Scottish,” Eve explained, but the cat’s split colored face in white and grey is what stands out. “She reminds me of Harvey Dent from Batman,” the proprietor said. Cat, it turns out, likes to hunt cockroaches, so they might not be such good buddies after all. “She’s a wild cat that adores toilet paper,” says the narrator. Eve claims she has to hide the toilet paper supply because it drives Cat insane.
