The 100th year of Maria Suarez’s grandfather’s life turned out to be the ideal moment to start a new acquaintance.
Manuel is like a child again, a century after his birth.
Manuel, Suarez, and the rest of their family reside in Spain. The family recently decided to prepare a surprise for the adored grandfather.
Bloom is the name they gave to a homeless cat they adopted.
Manuel was completely unaware of the situation.

Manuel was completely unaware of the situation.
“My grandfather did not know anything about this,” Suarez told The Dodo. “When he saw her enter my house for the first time, his eyes lit up with emotion. He has always been a great lover of animals.”
It was a match made in heaven.
Manuel and Bloom’s excitement and love haven’t faded since their first encounter. In fact, it’s only become stronger over time.
Suarez stated, “My grandfather is 100 years old, and the kitty has given him another 100 years of life.” “He is always on the lookout for Bloom. They spend the entire day playing and even snooze together.”
Suarez is so thrilled when she sees them that she’s started chronicling Manuel and Bloom’s time together. Here’s a video of some of the highlights she put together:
Suarez isn’t the only one who believes her grandpa’s admiration for Bloom is admirable. The footage of them together that she put on the internet has now gone viral.
“All of the love and emotion that the video has received has been fantastic,” Suarez remarked. “I didn’t think it would go so far.”
Suarez attempted to inform Manuel that he and Bloom had become online celebrities, but he dismissed the idea. After all, he and his cat have more pressing matters to attend to.
Manuel has discovered his sweetheart in Bloom at the age of 100. Those who adore Manuel the most, however, have gained something in the form of a charming new friendship.
“Seeing my grandfather so pleased with his new pet has been a blessing,” Suarez added. “They’ve had a particular bond from the beginning.”
