Distress footage how evil of human ! ….and he ran away, left the puppy in pain, trying to get out of the blanket but too wekk and stuck there for a while …. a
an hour later, a lady found joker and brought it to our vet … We were chocked when we saw Joker’s situation… not only suffer internal injured,Joker also can’t breath properly due to a weird object in his throat … it seems the monster put it into this little puppy before dumped him. what did Joker do to get this torture ?
To better assess his condition, he was sedated and underwent a series of tests, including the CAAF …. We will also need to perfirm a tomography, to assess the extend off the object and how to remove it surgically …
in view of all his limitations, joker has shown himself to be a very specials, loving , plauful and hardworking puppy …
The next step in his treatment is the CT that was requested by the oncologist surgeon who evaluated him … the next day , Joker had a worsening of the condition and had to be admitted to the oxygen concentrator ….
Time is the enemy of our Joker, which is why we scheduled the surgery for tomorrow morning …
Joker also had difficulty with anesthesia, respiratory changes , hypertension , making the surgery riskier …
upon returning from anesthesia, Joker became very cyanotic due to the difficulty in breathing … his condition did not evolve well , the tongue ended up with vey large edema , which obstructs his mouth …
His pressure is not stable and mechanical ventilation brings even lore risks , the chanves of death are great ….
We know about the risks of the surgery, we didn’t expect him to arrive tonight with such a bad prognosis … but we still have hopes ! as long as he went to fight , we will do everything to make him succedd !
… Luckily after the surgety , Joker did much better than expected and was able to wake up from sedation ….
However Joker did not adapt to the temporary tracheostomy, the lung was producing a lot of secretion .
Dr. Andreia’s recommended try to improve the condition by an emergency surgery of permanent tracheostomy … and we have good new from Joker ! after the permanent tracheostomy, our boy is much better …
The cannula made breathing easier and today , after a week , Joker was able to 100% get our of oxygen … breathing has remained stable since the last procedure and that is why Joker is in a temporary home … but still receiving intensive care : medication and tube feeding serverv times per day …
after 21 days he is better and can walk . and the happiest new is that more then 50 people love to give him home .
Enjoy your new life Joker.
