Pat Doody, a 32-year old sheet-metal worker and a biker went on a cross-country trip, recently, from Nevada to New Jersey. This resident of South Jersey stopped by at a gas station where he found a kitten who was badly burnt. The kitten now lives with Doody and he has named it “Party Cat”. Doody also visited the vet for Party Cat’s vaccines. Doody told an interviewer, “I was at this truck stop getting gas, and this little guy just needed help.” “He was pretty badly burned, so I picked him up and tucked him inside my vest. We’re feeding him regularly now, so he’s doing better, even though he’s sort of living on the road until we get home.”
