Hope For Paws received a call about two homeless dogs taking refuge under an RV along the side of the road. By the time they arrived, someone had taken one of the dogs and left. But the other still very much needed help, and rescuers had to quickly and safely get her away from the crazy traffic.
They didn’t bring any food or treats, and they didn’t have enough fencing to circle the entire RV. But as Eldad approached, the dog was willing to surrender. She was hesitant but sweet as her life was in the process of taking a drastic turn. They loaded her up into the vehicle to get her back to the hospital.
The dog didn’t have a microchip, and the next hour was spent shaving and cleaning her up. After a bath, she looked so much different — look at that snow-white fur! Little Hayley went on to her foster with Foxy and the Hounds after a few days at the hospital to receive medical care.
And then her dreams came true! Hayley got a loving forever home with some people who will give her the life she’s always deserved. 🙂
