When rescuers arrived at the home they found a black and white Pit Bull staring up at them from the bottom of the stairs.
Despite what must have been a terrible ordeal, the Pit Bull smiled at them and wagged her tail furiously.
Her chain was so short, she could only step on the bottom stair. After freeing the dog, they investigated the basement and found a lot of poo, which indicated the dog had been down there for some time.
As soon as โJumping Beanโ got outside and had people approach her she couldnโt contain her excitement and began jumping up and down and dancing all over the place.
And her joy continued all through her freedom ride.
Weโre sure this happy girl wonโt have to wait long for a forever home thanks to Stray Rescue of St. Louis!
