You can call it puppy love, but these adorable pals just can’t keep their paws off each other. A pair of inseparable stray puppies have been melting hearts on social media after they were reportedly adopted by Buddhist nuns in Ho Chi Minh City,Vietnam. The larger pup can be seen holding his companion in his paws and keeping watch against a shrine inside the temple.
Another snap shows the dog striking a Zen pose alongside a Buddhist statue, apparently learning meditation from the best.
The doggy duo were reportedly taken in by the temple and given a new lease on life after being cast aside on the streets of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

The images have set social media site Weibo alight with hundreds of comments from people gushing over the canine companions.
‘The dogs are in the temple now, so they must sit in mediation the same way the nuns do,’ one person wrote. Other users condemned the former owners who left the puppies for dead.
‘How can people be so cruel? They shouldn’t have bought the dogs in the first place if they weren’t able to take good care of them!’ However, conflicting buzz on social media has cast doubt on the truth behind the puppies’ tale of woe. “They were rescued by a monk of Bao Hoa Son Temple in Khanh Hoa Province,” insists one source on Twitter.
“Those puppies were born at that temple in Vietnam and the nuns taught them to stand and hug each other,” refuted Mira Eleonora Pantazopol Lordanescu of the Faculty of Linguistics in Bucharest, who painted a far bleaker picture.
“There is no happy ending… the little black one died because they do not have any kind of veterinarian care there for the animals they have,” insisted Lordanescu, who uses her Facebook account to expose reported animal hoaxes.
